Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service
724.fund is an affiliate marketing platform that allows users to earn commissions by referring customers to partner products and services. We do not sell products ourselves — all products are fulfilled by independent partners.
2. Eligibility
To use this platform, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid LinkedIn account, and be legally able to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
3. Commission Structure
Direct referral commissions are 80% of the partner commission rate. Second-degree passive commissions (from referrals made by your referrals) are 20%. All commissions are settled after confirmed sales. Commissions may not be earned through fraudulent or misleading promotion.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: make false claims about products, send unsolicited spam, use automated bots or click fraud, self-refer to generate commissions, or engage in any deceptive practices. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
5. Withdrawal Policy
Minimum withdrawal is $50. Requests are processed within 3–7 business days. We reserve the right to verify your identity and commission sources before processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
724.fund is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or after-sales service of partner products. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this platform.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason, especially upon detection of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be submitted to Singapore arbitration.
